• Our patients wanted easier access to order prescriptions and book appointments, so we added links to the website to access SystmOnline (patient online services) and/or the NHS app. If you want to register for either of these services, you can either request this on the website or ask reception. Once registered, you can book appointments and order prescriptions from the comfort of your own home.
• Our patients wanted modern ways of receiving information from the practice. In addition to sending text messages and emails about appointments and your healthcare, we have created a Facebook page, Twitter account and we write regular news blogs on our website too.
• Our patients asked that their opinions be heard for the whole of Village Health Group during and after our merger, we now have a merged PPG (patient participation group) which allows patients to have their say about how the surgeries run.
