Submit an admin or medical request online

You can submit your medical query using the blue poster to the right (if using a computer) or below (if using a phone). This will go straight to the GP who will then triage your query and a member of our team will be in touch with an outcome that very same day. 

No more long wait times on the phone you can do this all in your own time whether you are at home, at work, on the school run or out and about. 

If you have an admin query we ask that you allow at least 3 working days for this to be actioned. 

From 3rd June 2024 we are changing & improving how you can
access our appointment system from a predominantly telephone
only access offer to an increased online request offer

This will be open for medical queries 08.00 – 14.00.

This will be open for administrative queries 08.00 – 18.00

Our reception desks at all 4 sites will remain open to patients to arrive for their appointments. Our receptionists will be able to assist you and raise your medical or admin query in our online system

We will of course, provide additional support to those patients who do not have access to the internet.  Our telephone lines will remain open 8am - 6.30pm
