Do you need support with registering for the NHS App? Do you need extra help with online services? Do you have questions about what you can use the NHS App for?

Come down to East Leake Health Centre on Tuesday 22nd April from 10:00 am to 13:00pm and get digital health support.

Please bring with you:

• A smartphone or tablet
• Access to emails
• Phone number
• Photo ID (if you have it, to register for the app)
