Church House Surgery is only open from 8am-12:30pm every day. If you need to drop off your repeat prescription request you will need to do this during the opening hours.

Here you can find suggestions put forward by our patients and the patient participation group to The Village Health Group Church House Ruddington, which we have implemented to create a better service for you.

• Patients at our Ruddington branch wanted a brighter and cheerier waiting room, so we decided to create colourful information boards rather than the plain black and white laminated paper sheets that were there previously. (These have been temporarily removed for infection control reasons during the pandemic)
• Patients wanted a choice of male and female doctors to see at this branch, we now have a variety of doctors that work from this site. Just ask at reception and we will try and accomodate as best as we can.
• Our patients asked for easier access to SystmOnline on this website so we added this to our main menu bar for ease of access.
• Patients wanted us to use modern methods of reaching out to them, so we created a Facebook page and Twitter acoount which is regularly updated with the latest practice and NHS news as well as a blod on this website. This is in addition to the phone calls, text messages, emails and letter communications which are available for us to use.
