Sutton Bonington Patient Experience Survey
If you want to take part in our Sutton Bonington Patient Experience Survey, simply click the question mark image to be taken to our survey.
We will regularly review the replies to ensure we are providing the best care possible to our patients.
You do not need to provide any personally identifying within this survey but we would appreciate it if you can answer the questions as fully and as honestly as you can - this means we can ensure all our cohorts of patients are receiving the same level of outstanding care we aim to provide.
The survey is not intended as a route to make formal complaints, if you wish to make a complaint please follow our complaints policy found at the bottom of the webpage.
You Said, We Did!
- Our patients wanted easier access to order prescriptions and book appointments, so we added links to the website to access SystmOnline (patient online services) and/or the NHS app. If you want to register for either of these services, you can either request this on the website or ask reception. Once registered, you can book appointments and order prescriptions from the comfort of your own home.
- Our patients wanted modern ways of receiving information from the practice. In addition to sending text messages and emails about appointments and your healthcare, we have created a Facebook page, Twitter account and we write regular news blogs on our website too.
- Our patients asked that their opinions be heard for the whole of Village Health Group during and after our merger, we now have a merged PPG (patient participation group) which allows patients to have their say about how the surgeries run.
