access our appointment system from a predominantly telephone
only access offer to an increased online request offer

This will be open for medical queries 08.00 – 14.00.

This will be open for administrative queries 08.00 – 18.00

Our reception desks at all 4 sites will remain open to patients to arrive for their appointments. Our receptionists will be able to assist you and raise your medical or admin query in our online system

We will of course, provide additional support to those patients who do not have access to the internet.  Our telephone lines will remain open 8am - 6.30pm



Submit an admin or medical request online

You can now submit an admin or medical request using the 'Contact Us Online' button to save you waiting on the phone. If you need to submit a sick note (fit note) request, request test results, GP letter or if you have a general question or concern regarding your health we have created an easy questionnaire for you to complete and this will get sent through to the practice.

We ask that you allow at least 3 working days for all admin requests to be dealt with. If you have an urgent query or concern please do not use this service and we ask you contact our reception team by telephone
